What’s the right class for me?


Basics:
For beginners and those who want to start doing yoga, but are worried that they need to know something before they go to a “real class”!

Level 1:
For beginners and those learning the Universal Principles of Alignment. If you’ve practiced other types of yoga, but are new to Anusara Yoga, begin here.


Level 1-2:
For those competent in standing poses. We’ll begin working on inversions (going upside-down) and backbends.


Level 2:
Students who have a solid knowledge of the Universal Principles of Alignment, and have gained strength and flexibility.

Level 2-3:

Our most advanced class.

Flow:
Movement from pose to pose, with little resting or stopping the class.


Noon:
An All-levels flow class designed to invigorate your workday.

Prenatal:
All levels of ability are welcome, no experience necessary. Prepare for a healthy pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum!
