Our Teachers
All of our teachers instruct and practice in the tradition of Anusara Yoga (for more information on Anusara Yoga, please see the "Why Yoga?" page of this website). While they come from a variety of personal and professional backgrounds, each of them has made a commitment to studying yoga and yoga philosophy with John Friend and other senior Anusara instructors. All of our teachers have completed Anusara Teacher Trainings and are required to pursue, at minimum, an additional 30 hours of continuing education per year.

Cate Stillman
Cate began practicing yoga in 1997 to rehabilitate a skiing-related knee injury. She left Driggs to further her education in yoga and Ayurvedic medicine, completing the Iyengar Yoga teacher training in San Francisco. Cate then went on to study Anusara Yoga with John Friend and received her Anusara Teacher Certification in 2006. Cate is a co-owner of YogaTejas, and she teaches Anusara Yoga classes and immersions, as well as local seasonal cleanse courses and non-local Ayurvedic workshops for yoga students and teachers. Her classes are a serious study of the Anusara vision, yoga philosophy, and alignment. For more information about Cate's Ayurvedic practice, see www.yogahealer.com.

Bridget loves the combination of athleticism and spiritual exploration offered by the yoga practice, and her classes reflect her commitment to a strong body and an open heart.
